Yes! We vet every Wixstar service professional with a background check and interview, as well as making sure they have valid licenses and credentials.

 

USING WIXSTAR

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

  • Download the app from App store.
  • Open the Wixstar app and follow the instruction to sign up
  • Select the service
  • Choose Instant or Schedule
  • Book your service
  • Get service at home

 

ACCOUNT

UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Open the main menu in the top right corner of the app to update the following:
  • Account Setting: From here, you can update your name, email address, phone number and profile photo.
  • My credit card: You can update your credit card details

RESET MY PASSWORD

To reset your password, you can do it in two ways.

  • When not logged on. Open the app and from the login page click Forgot Password. We will e-mail you a code associated with the e-mail on file.
  • When logged on. Open the main menu in the top right corner of the app and click the account setting to update your password.
  • If you continue to have trouble accessing your account, please let us know at Accounts@wixstar.com.

MY ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED

If your account has been suspended, please let us know at Accounts@wixstar.com.

I'M NOT RECEIVING EMAIL CONFIRMATIONS

If you’re not receiving verification messages and are unable to get the service, it’s likely that the Stylist or Nail Artist has issues preventing from confirming the appointment. Please email us at Accounts@wixstar.com

We only use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We will expand the payment options in the future.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

Open the main menu in the top right corner of the app and click on Cancel/Service Request history to cancel your appointment

CAN I SELECT MY OWN FAVORITE STYLIST OR ARTIST?

Yes, you can add any Stylist or Nail Artist to your favorite list so you can always request the service using your preferred provider.

WHAT SERVICES CAN I REQUEST?

HOW MUCH DO I TIP?

It is completely up to you to tip the artist. You can choose any amount to tip the artist

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

You will be charged the full service fee if you cancel within 2 hours from the appointment time.
